I just think it should be a badge  for bigs. Almost every large in the league besides Kristaps has a set jumper. Turner, towns, Bertans, olynyk. Simply to list a few who shoot fast and are shooters. Towns includes a set taken. Turner and olynyk don’t shoot slow, but they take broad shots for the most part. Bertans is 6’if he was a myplayer that his jumper wouldn’t have been slowed. See what they dont understand is a set shot may still be quick.look at towns or aldridge irl. What people despised were 7’3 bigs jumping 5 feet its tough to contest.

The thing about that whole thing is that WE the player don’t have to be. So that the argument that says 90 percent of bigs today have set except porzingus, goes out the window. They can be porzingus if players need. Provided that there is that one player out the ordinary, any or every participant can be that player if they would like to. Just how many KD players are in the league? Yet in alot of gamers was a 6’10 point ahead. 2k can never restrict a construct as long as a nba player is.

It’s about balance. Should they let everyone create an all around stud build, sure. However, you can’t really make a construct like KD so that argument doesn’t hold water. If you make a 6’10” point forward, he won’t be as fit as KD since you had to sacrifice athleticism to your height. Since you sacrificed a portion of that for the ball managing, he will not take quite like KD. He will not play defense or end like KD since you chose to put most of your things into ball handling and shooting, or as you sacrificed wingspan to receive his shot closer to KD’s. Bigs shouldn’t have to become elite at shooting AND something different since we’re all basically glorified role players.

Ou can’t make a precise construct of anybody but you get the point. In 2k17 a 6’10 powerforward could play like KD since, just like lately 2ks, you dont want high features to perform well. Using 2k17, you might literally have every badge but it would be about bronze. My argument was contrary to nerfing assembles because gamers in real life do not perform just like exactly what they do in NBA 2K21, or that there is not many players in today’s nba that plays like a 2k stretch large. That’s a plot hole because there is always going to be a participant, in real life, that breaks the barrier to a point it impacts 2k gameplay. So saying that bigs all should have set  shots like majority of the nba’s bigs doesnt make sense.
